Refund policy

A reimbursement will be provided solely if you have made the appropriate payment but have not been granted access to the Service (termed as “Access Discrepancies”).
If the Access Discrepancies arise, kindly reach out to us at [email protected]. Our commitment is to address the Access Discrepancies within a span of 14 (fourteen) working days from the time you inform us. Should we fail to rectify the issue within this timeframe, a reimbursement will be initiated.
The reimbursement process will mirror the initial payment method you employed, in line with the guidelines laid out by the respective third-party payment facilitator.
If, due to reasons outside our purview, you couldn’t utilize our Service for a specified duration, or didn’t exploit certain features of the Service you subscribed to, or didn’t initiate or finish any course, we hold no liability. By processing a payment, you acknowledge that you’ve been granted unlimited access and rights to utilize the features of the Service at your discretion, in compliance with the User Agreement. We don’t have a say in, nor are we accountable for the frequency and manner of your Service usage.
On concluding the User Agreement, all prior payments remain irreversible.
Should we end the User Agreement based on your non-compliance, any payment you’ve made remains irreversible.
However, if we decide to conclude the User Agreement without any wrongdoing on your part, we will reimburse you proportionately, based on the days you couldn’t access our Service due to this cessation.
